Several weeks ago, news broke that MBA would be receiving a donation totaling between ninety to one-hundred million dollars. The donation comes from Mr. Horace Frank Burkholder, a very involved and active MBA alum who left his wealthy estate to our school. On October 27th, the Montgomery Bell Academy players will take a trip up to Maryville, Tennessee, to compete in the Tennessee Theater Association One-Act competition. MBA will be performing a 45 minute rendition of George Orwell’s, Animal Farm.
